Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By playing TeamFarmy at teamfarmy.com you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can play

TeamFarmy is for players aged 12 and over. Players under 16 should play with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and the recovery code

• You can play right away without signing up. In that case the recovery code (shown in Settings) is the key to your account: anyone who has it can enter the account. Keep it private.
• If you lose the recovery code and have not linked Google, we cannot restore your account.
• Linking or signing in with Google is optional; it lets you continue on several devices and keeps your city safe.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• use a player name, team name, motto or chat message that is abusive, hateful, sexual, harassing, fraudulent, spam or that reveals other people's personal information;
• cheat: exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or use several accounts to manipulate leaderboards or votes;
• attack or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or try to access other people's accounts or data without permission.

5. Your content

You keep your rights in what you type (names, team names, mottos, messages). You allow us to store it and show it to other players in the game so the service can run. We may hide or delete content and suspend accounts that break section 4.

6. About the service

• TeamFarmy is free and provided "as is". It may be interrupted, changed or reset (for example at the start of a new ranking season).
• We back up data regularly but do not promise to keep it forever.
• Coins, items and buildings in the game are virtual only: they have no cash value and cannot be bought or sold.

7. Educational content

The Encyclopedia cards and quizzes are introductory and are not professional advice on farming, health, finance or law. Please consult authoritative sources.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its code, art and sound belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of game data, virtual cities or rankings caused by outages, maintenance, or your disclosing your recovery code.

10. Ending use

You may stop playing and ask for your data to be deleted at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the date is at the top of this page. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and contact
